We provide you (“you”, “your”, “yours” or “Customer”) access to our services (“Service”) through our website my.UberNerd.co (“Site”), subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which may be updated by us from time to time.

my.UberNerd.co is an online tutoring platform, which helps you to target gaps in learning to ensure complete academic confidence. Our tutors provide academic support in subjects including Technology, Psychology, Design, Marketing, Management etc.

Before accessing the Services, please read the following Terms carefully as they form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. You cannot use the Site if you do not agree with Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any updates will take effect as soon as they are posted. Your continued use of the Website after such updates signifies your consent to the revised Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the Website. When applicable, we will notify you of such changes through email communication.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Proper Use
  2. By accessing the Site or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    You agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You further agree not to engage in any activities using the Service that are harmful, malicious, or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

    Additionally, you commit to exercising sound judgment while using the Services. You agree not to share with tutors any personal or third-party information unless it is strictly required for the Services and does not conflict with these Terms.

  3. PROHIBITED JURISDICTIONS
  4. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION FULLY AND CAREFULLY. SHOULD YOU BE UNCERTAIN OR HAVE ANY DOUBTS CONCERNING UNDERSTANDING THE FOLLOWING SECTION AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES FOR YOU, PLEASE OBTAIN PROFESSIONAL ADVICE FROM A QUALIFIED LAWYER (SOLICITOR, BARRISTER, OR SIMILAR) IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

    You are strictly PROHIBITED from accessing or in any way using the Website or the Services if you are located, incorporated or otherwise established in, or a citizen or resident of, or you are using an internet protocol address or telecommunication services provider from: (i) Iran, Syria, North Korea or Sudan; (ii) Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; (iii) a jurisdiction where it would be illegal according to applicable law for you (because of your nationality, domicile, citizenship, residence or otherwise) to access or use the Services; (together, the “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).

    We may, in our sole discretion, restrict/prohibit access to the Services or the Website in any of the Prohibited Jurisdictions. We reserve the right to close any of your accounts immediately upon discovery you are accessing the Services and Website in violation of these restrictions. If you are using the Website or the Services in the breach of the previous paragraph, you are obliged IMMEDIATELY to stop browsing the Website and the Services. Please be aware that if you bypass these restrictions with the help of any software (including but not limited to virtual private networks, proxy servers, Tor browser), third-party services, or by the provision of false data while registering, (i) you are obliged to IMMEDIATELY stop browsing the Website and using the Services; (ii) we are entitled to terminate your access to the Services and the Website, terminate these Terms agreed by you, and inform the respective authorities in your jurisdiction about such violation of the applicable laws (if occurred).

  5. Registration
  6. To place an order and start your search for a tutor, you’ll need to provide key information, including the subject, topic, comprehensive instructions, preferred tutor qualifications, approximate budget, and completion date.

    By setting up an order, you establish the deadline for the assignment. The tutor is obligated to complete the work within the timeframe you define.

    Order progress can be tracked through your account. If you need further details, feel free to reach out to our support team.

  7. Payment Terms
  8. Our pricing is based on a transparent fixed-fee structure. When you place an order, the total cost will be displayed. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received. We rely on third-party merchant services to manage transactions, offering a smooth and hassle-free payment experience.

    In cases where payment is unsuccessful and the order is not canceled, access to the Services may be temporarily restricted until a valid payment method is charged.

    Once the final product is delivered (marked as 100% complete in your Order), you have a 3-day period to review it and submit any complaints or requests for revision. After this period, we will send you a reminder regarding payment for the Services. Carefully assess the product before approving the release of funds. If no feedback is provided within 3 days, the funds reserved for the Order will be automatically released to the writer on the 4th day. After the funds are released, the product is considered final, and no refunds can be issued.

    Account Balance Rules
    Your account balance is available for use within six months of being added. After six months, the Company may reclaim any unused balance. You can request a refund of the remaining funds at any point before the balance withdrawal date.

    Note. When making payment for the Services, you may be charged additional fees arising on behalf of your bank. The Company is not liable or responsible for any additional fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other similar fees charged by your bank. Also, additional fees may apply based on your location and currency. You are solely responsible for covering such expenses, and we recommend contacting your payment issuer or local tax office for clarification.

  9. Refund, Grade Guarantee and Chargeback
  10. While refunds and chargebacks both facilitate the return of funds, they operate differently. These actions are generally pursued when you are dissatisfied with a purchase. Please read this section thoroughly before making a payment.

    Refund Requests
    Refunds may be requested if you believe the delivered product or Services fall below the standards specified in your order form or our Terms. Refunds are considered and granted at our sole discretion based on these Terms.

    Requests for quality-based refunds are assessed by our quality assurance team and typically processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds can be credited either to your account balance or to your original payment method.

    If you are unhappy with the product, if revisions fail to deliver the desired outcome, or if revisions are not a suitable solution, you may request a refund during the Refund Period. This period begins as soon as the product delivery deadline passes and lasts for 72 hours. The system automatically tracks this window, and after it closes, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

    Refund eligibility can depend on regional or national regulations. Where consumer protection laws apply, your rights under these laws are upheld.

    Refunds are considered under the following scenarios:

    • You accidentally pay twice for the same order. The second payment will be refunded upon your confirmation. Important: If two identical orders are placed and paid for, we will proceed with both unless informed otherwise. To address any mistaken payments, contact us within 20 minutes of order placement.
    • You cancel your order within 20 minutes of placing it. After this window, partial refunds may be available to offset the expenses incurred by the writer and the Company in processing your request.
    • The product is delivered past the agreed deadline.
    • The product does not adhere to the initial requirements stated in your order form.

    Refund requests will be denied under the following conditions:

    • Your order is marked as “finished” in the system.
    • You simply claim dissatisfaction with the product or Services without providing detailed reasoning.
    • The deadline was missed because you failed to supply necessary materials or we could not contact you using the information provided.
    • The email address associated with your account is invalid or incorrect.
    • The deadline specified in the order form does not match the agreed timeline.
    • Personal details were disclosed to the writer, and we suspect unauthorized direct communication outside of our platform, violating our policies.

    The final refund amount will be calculated based on the outcome of an evaluation by our quality assurance team.

    Grade Guarantee Program. The Grade Guarantee ensures a Refund for clients if their submission does not receive a grade of A- or higher (or its equivalent). The refund amount will match the total payment made for the order. If grades are not represented by letters, percentage grades or a 4.0 scale will be used instead, as outlined in the grading table included in our refund policy. This table provides a detailed explanation of how letter grades convert to percentages and 4.0 scale values to determine eligibility under the Grade Guarantee.

    The provided evidence must unequivocally confirm that the grade belongs to the client, with clear identification such as the client’s name, subject, or task description. Reliable and full documentation, including feedback, platform verification, and subject information, is required. Video evidence is also accepted if it includes an online dashboard displaying all necessary details. Refunds will not be issued if the grade cannot be directly associated with the work completed by our writer.

    This Value-Added Service can now be purchased for any order, not just academic ones.

    Grade Guarantee Eligibility: The Grade Guarantee service is exclusively available to our U.S. clients who have opted for this service at the time of their transaction. To be eligible for a refund under the Grade Guarantee, clients are required to submit a photograph or a copy of the certificate or grade printout, along with the professor’s feedback, clearly indicating the grade received for the submission completed by our service. Eligibility for claiming a refund under the Grade Guarantee is within 6 months from the date of the transaction. All grade assessments for the purpose of this guarantee are subject to our discretion. Decisions regarding refunds under the Grade Guarantee are final and binding.

    Chargeback. A chargeback (“Chargeback”) is a process through which the card issuer disputes a transaction, leading to the withdrawal of funds and their reimbursement to the cardholder. This process is carried out by the issuer and the acquiring bank, not by us.

    Should you initiate a chargeback and receive a full refund, you will no longer be permitted to utilize the product or access our Services.

  11. User Content
  12. You have the ability to share, upload, post, display, or otherwise provide content such as screenshots, comments, testimonials, images, files, links, and other types of materials (“User Content”).

    When you submit User Content, you automatically provide us with a non-exclusive, indefinite, irrevocable, transferable, fully sublicensable, global, and royalty-free license to utilize this content for delivering our Services.

  13. Third Party Links
  14. The Site contains links directing you to external websites owned by third parties. These sites are not subject to the provisions outlined in these Terms. We encourage you to review the applicable policies of any third-party website you choose to visit.

    Our tutors may also provide you with links to third-party websites. By using these links, you acknowledge that we bear no liability for the content, services, products, advertisements, or any other materials offered by or available on such third-party platforms.

  15. Dispute Resolution

    Should the negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter will be referred to the courts of Cyprus. If applicable local laws prohibit the resolution of disputes in Cyprus courts, the case can be brought before your local judiciary. The laws of Cyprus, excluding its conflict of laws provisions, will govern these Terms and your use of the Services. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional legal requirements may apply.

  17. Liability
  18. Failure to adhere to these Terms may lead to liability, except as otherwise specified herein. You must ensure that all individuals who use the Site via your internet access are informed of and abide by these Terms.

  19. Final Terms
  20. These Terms will remain valid until terminated by the Company. The Company may terminate these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, and without the need to justify its decision.

    Neither the Company nor its partners shall bear responsibility for any misuse of the product, whether improper, illegal, unethical, or otherwise. This includes consequences such as academic probation, loss of scholarships or awards, failure, poor academic performance, suspensions, lawsuits, or other disciplinary or legal repercussions.

    Issues not explicitly addressed within these Terms will be subject to the governing applicable law.

    Our Services are offered exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable laws.
